Used on bench or on-the-car brake lathes of all types, the silencer rides behind the tool bit to meet the vibration and noise where it starts; at the tool itself. Long-life pad material will give you lasting performance. Do not use on Pro-Cut Brake Lathes.

With over 31 years of experience Shark® was established in 1983 by Diana Mini and was first located in Chicago, Illinois until 2001. In 2000, Shark began building their new 50,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility in Rockford, Minnesota. Today, Shark manufactures cut-off wheels, flap discs, and converts surface conditioning discs and mini grinding discs at their Rockford facility. In the last 5 years, Shark has purchased 3 new machines to improve the production of their most popular items; as well as to manufacture items that were previously sourced overseas.
