The utilization of a paint sprayer allows users to complete their painting projects up to ten times faster than with a brush. The most common type of a spray gun uses compressed air that atomizes and directs particles of paint to cover large surfaces with an even finish. Such a piece of equipment is powered by an air compressor and can be used for spraying acrylic, oil- or water-based paint and stain. Turbine power paint sprayers do not require an external compressor, just plug it in a regular outlet, fill the container with paint, and you are ready for work.

The best result and good paint economy are achieved when power paint sprayer is switched to the minimum spray pressure that ensures a consistent spray pattern with no runs in it. If your pattern shows so-called “fingers or tails,” then you should increase pressure. Also, when a power paint sprayer is used with a minimum possible pressure, it saves wear and tear on your pump and spray tip. The nozzle can be easily turned to any angle to change the direction of your spray pattern. Be sure that you paint in a well-ventilated area using a respirator and safety glasses.
